Planning a trip to Japan? Here are some options for Hotels to stay if you’re looking to check out Mt Fuji and the Tokyo area.
Mars Garden Wood Gotemba
If you’re thinking to head out to catch some Mt Fuji sights I highly recommend this spot for your stay. Mars Garden Wood Gotemba has stunning views of Mt. Fuji and three restaurants. Teppan-yaki Ginmeisui was my favorite and one of the top three dining experiences I’ve ever had. The chef was exceptionally skilled and every moment had me in awe.
The hotel is located in the Hakone area about an hour from Mt. Fuji. Gotemba Premium Outlet is about ten minutes car ride, there you can find designer brands like Prada, Gucci, Chloe all at discount prices.
One @Tokyo Hotel
This hotel is located in the Oshiage area and close to the Tokyo Skytree. One @Tokyo is a great option if you’re looking to visit the Sensoji Temple and the Asakusa area. The exterior and interior of the hotel was designed by world-renowned architect Kengo Kuma. The natural wood aestitic all through out done with a modern twist felt like I was staying in an art exhibition.
Intercontinental Hotel Yokohama
Shaped like a yacht under sail the hotel located along the waterfront of the Minato Mirai is a Yokohama skyline icon. The hotel has spectacular panoramic views of the Yokohama harbor and the night view from the rooms of the city lights is just magnificent.
