All payments and transactions are securely done only through PAYPAL.


All orders will ship from Los Angeles, CA, USA within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via the USPS delivery option selected at checkout.

No refund for packages lost in the mail due to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If an undeliverable package is returned completely undamaged, I can ship again at an additional cost to the correct address. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please email me at : juliet@julietsjdv.com

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES: The post office provides the same tracking information to both the sender and receiver, so if your package is lost or delayed in shipping, please contact the post office directly at: usps.com Or call them at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777)

International Orders:

Please allow a minimum of three weeks for packages to arrive. When shipping internationally customs may delay packages. Juliet’s Joie De Vivre is not responsible for any charges or delays because of custom policies.  In the event that the print is returned completely undamaged I will issue a refund for the price of the print only, shipping excluded.


Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Once I receive the returned item(s) in new condition the charges will be credited to you (shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

If items are returned in damaged/un-sellable condition, we will only be able to issue an 80% refund.

Customized prints, including custom sizes are not eligible for return or exchange.

All information provided will be used for the sole purpose of processing and shipping orders. We will never sell or give your information to a third party.
