When In Santa Barbara it’s pretty much the hardest thing to not fall in love with being there. From the Spanish colonial revival architecture and the beautiful beaches truly makes Santa Barbara a major “joie de vivre” destination.
What to see: Santa Barbara County Courthouse
Although the building is a huge tourist site, the courthouse is a fully functioning California Superior Courthouse. The interiors are just stunning from arches, decorative tiles and wrought iron gates. Trust me there are plenty of opportunities to get lost in a gaze. Be sure to go up to the very top and through the tower to see panoramic views of the whole downtown area.
View at the top of the Courthouse.
Where to eat: The Andersen’s Restaurant & Bakery
Amazing spot to have sunday brunch. Sweet lovers? Please oh please have the French Toast Croissant. I’m still dreaming about it and there are so many treats in the bakery. Be sure to get some to go.
